15 Day Limited Returns Policy

At we want you to be happy with your purchase. To help support this goal we offer a 15 Day Limited Satisfaction Guarantee Return policy. We accept New Unused products in the original packaging and all original documentation. In most cases we will provide an exchange, store credit, or refund to original payment method. We are unable to reimburse for return shipping. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise instructed by

Damage Returns


Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives with apparent shipping damage, call us at 1-818-609-1968 immediately. Save all packaging materials and paperwork, do not throw anything away! Do not refuse or return the item at delivery, this may jeopardize a claim.


Defective Returns

If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary, since most manufacturers insist on handling defects directly (See your owners manual).
