Shipping Policy

Where we ship:  eHobbyHouse.com is currently only shipping to the continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and International shipping is scheduled for the near future so keep checking in with us.

How we ship:  UPS is the default shipper for eHobbyHouse. Shipping option and charges are calculated at the time of checkout. eHobbyHouse reserves the right to change the default shipper at any time without notice.

Processing time:  Most orders placed Mon-Thur will ship within 24-48 hours. Holidays hours and bad weather may extend processing time. Though we try to accommodate all rushed orders, unfortunately some things are out of our control,  so delivery times are not guaranteed.

Signature & Insurance: Orders over $100 will have insurance added, orders over $150 will require delivery signature when available.

Ground only items: Due to the shipping regulations for some of our products, ground shipping may be the only shipping option. If you purchase an item that falls in this category of restrictions you will be notified by email or phone.

Over-sized or Freight items: Some items are too large to ship with standard methods and may require freight shipping. This will exclude the item from Free Shipping. Most freight items are identified on the website, but not all. We reserve the right to revoke free shipping if the order contains items requiring freight shipping.

Damaged or Missing shipments: Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives with apparent shipping damage, call us at 1-818-609-1968 immediately. Save all packaging materials and paperwork, do not throw anything away! Do not refuse or return the item at delivery, this may jeopardize a claim.

If you feel you are missing items or your order has not arrived within the appropriate time frame, please call us so we may begin an investigation. Some orders may be shipped separately, please reconcile the number of boxes shipped with the number of boxes received.
